This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Softgenlab software, including TempKey Pro and any plugin licenses or subscriptions sold on softgenlab.com.
All sales are final
Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, once a purchase has been completed. This includes first purchases, renewals, upgrades, and unused time or unused site activations.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Refund Policy and our Terms of Service.
Before you buy
Please review the product description, features and system requirements before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a product is right for your website, contact us first and we will be happy to help.
Subscriptions and renewals
Licenses are sold as yearly subscriptions that renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the My licenses page. Cancelling stops future renewals; your license keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. Renewal payments that have already been charged are not refunded, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
Exceptions
We will correct genuine billing errors, such as being charged twice for the same order. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Support instead of refunds
If something is not working as expected, contact us. We will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us, we may suspend the related license while the dispute is reviewed.
